Kathryn is a talented coach and has over 20 years experience of working within the HR arena. She spent the first 10 years of her career at Severn Trent Plc - a FTSE 100 company where she undertook
a wide variety of roles both operational and strategic culminating in a Senior Management role as Severn Trent Water Ltd's Employee Relations Manager.
In 2000 Kathryn established her own HR Consultancy business offering a number of services to a wide range of organisations.
She has worked with a wide variety of clients small and large within both the private and public sector.
Kathryn has a BSc(Hons) in Sociology and Education, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), a member of the British Psychological Society and is qualified in the major psychometric instruments used by successful businesses today.
She is a Qualified Coach, with skills in Executive, Personal and Performance coaching and a Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP)
Ali is a senior HR professional (FCIPD) who also has extensive experience in operational management roles in sales, sales support, customer service and marketing. Her experience ranges from
working in large blue chip companies to small and rapidly growing start-ups and encompasses a wide variety of industries from retail, telecommunications and professional services to computer
Ali’s hands on experience includes almost the whole range of HR activities and this, together with her operational experience, enables her to engage with and easily relate to business owners and managers.
Her understanding of best practice is underpinned by a master’s degree in Employment Law and this, coupled with the enthusiasm she brings to the subject, enables her to explain complex concepts in an understandable and entertaining way.
Emma is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with specialist skills in assessment and development. Over the past fifteen years she has worked with a comprehensive range of clients at all
Emma works with individuals and teams to facilitate their development. She has expertise in coaching clients through career transition. She has also designed and led successful team building initiatives.
Emma has extensive experience of designing and delivering bespoke assessment solutions. She has worked in a variety of sectors including local government, financial services, hospitality, retail and manufacturing.
David provides consulting, training and coaching services.
He has over 10 years’ experience as an HR Director in Thorn and Legal & General and is a Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He also has an MA in Coaching from Oxford Brookes University, for which he gained a Distinction.
He is qualified to Occupational Testing Level B by the British Psychological Society.
David has a longstanding commitment to the continuing professional and personal development both of himself and people around him. He believes on-going learning can make a very significant contribution to making our lives richer and more meaningful. This belief has informed his work as an executive coach and mentor for the past 10+ years.
